Because Effectea products are natural and consumable, most sales are considered final. We are unable to offer returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
That said, if something does not seem right with your order, we always encourage you to reach out. Our team reviews every request case by case, and we aim to be fair, reasonable, and helpful wherever possible.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into it and assist.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery for it to be eligible for review. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
In some cases, we may request the item to be returned. If a return is approved, the product must be:

If a return is approved and the item meets the above conditions upon inspection, any refund issued will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times are determined by your payment provider and may take up to 30 days to appear.
Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Duties and Import Taxes
Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels returned due to unpaid import charges are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
European Union Orders
Due to the consumable nature of our products, orders shipped to the European Union are not eligible for a cooling off return period.
