That's the blue butterfly pea flower. It's a natural plant that brews a vivid electric blue colour. It's not dye or colouring, that's just what the flower does. It also happens to be rich in antioxidants, so it's doing real work in the blend, not just looking pretty.

No. Effectea is 100% caffeine-free, so you can drink it any time of day including at night.

Steep one teaspoon in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. You can drink it straight or add honey if you prefer it sweeter. It also works cold: just brew hot first, then pour over ice.

Yes to both. Hot is great in the morning or evening. Cold works well during the day or post-workout.

Each bag contains 50 grams of tea, which is enough to brew approximately 30 servings. One bag should last you one month of daily drinking.

We'd recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before drinking Effectea during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Some of the herbs in the blend, like dandelion and parsley, are quite active and it's worth getting clearance first.

Once dispatched, express deliveries take up to 3 business days and standard deliveries up to 9 business days within Australia. International orders can take up to 15 business days. Shipping delays can occur outside of our control. If your order is taking too long, contact us at info@effectea.com

We have a 2 business day turnaround time. You will receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped. Note: orders will not be dispatched over weekend days due to Australia Post closures.

Once you receive your tracking number, allow some time for it to become active. Updates are not received until Australia Post first scans your parcel. If it has been more than two business days and still shows pending, please let us know at info@effectea.com

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please contact us and we will help in any way we can at info@effectea.com

Sometimes our confirmation emails don't link the tracking correctly. If you didn't receive a tracking number, contact us at info@effectea.com and we will get it to you.

We ship internationally, however due to postage regulations some countries are outside of our reach. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at info@effectea.com and we will see if we can assist.
