Effectea is run by myself, Izzy, and my partner, Liam. We're a two-person team based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are both passionate about our health, and how we look and feel day to day.
I had dealt with fluid retention for years. Not weight, water. Puffiness in my face and jeans that fit one morning and didn't the next. I was doing everything right, but the issue never shifted.
So, I looked into it properly. The research on specific herbs is genuinely solid, but the products that were available at the time all had filler ingredients and were extremely overpriced.
We couldn't find what we were looking for...so we made it.
We personally went though rigorous testing to get the signature Effectea brew we know and love, and we are now proud to share this genuine solution to others who are experiencing the same struggle.

Fluid retention has a specific mechanism. Most products either ignore it, mask it, or are completely unsustainable.
Prescription Diuretics
